We left with no blockage at all, but were charged CAD 300 for an alleged toilet clog and plumber’s fee. They also provided no invoice or breakdown of the plumber’s work to explain the charge. It was unreasonable.

The Penthouse East room was in great shape, tidy, and really quiet, and the view was lovely. Town was an easy six-minute drive away. I’d stay again.

I’ve been staying here during the workweek for two months so far. The rooms are comfortable and well cared for, and the service has been great. Depending on your room, you may have a stunning ocean view, and there’s also a small private garden right on the water.

We picked this place for our wedding and it was just right for the cozy, intimate celebration we wanted. We’d stayed in a garden suite before and had eaten here many times. Being able to stay, dine, and hold the ceremony on the beach was a perfect combination. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views, and the garden suites allow pets, which was a bonus. The restaurant and gardens are gorgeous, and the grassy lawn beside the beach belongs to the property, so we held our ceremony outside. For a summer wedding, you could eat outside too, though the restaurant itself is beautiful. The staff have always been attentive, friendly, and accommodating. We had several dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free, and they happily worked everything out. They helped organize it all and made it easy. Five stars, definitely recommend!
