Palliser Lodge

The hot tub in the room is great. The shower is small and the water pressure is a bit of a problem. You can call the front desk anytime if you need service. Still a good place to stay at the resort if glacier or mountain Pioneer lodge aren’t available.

The secure parking spot in the parkade was nice, but the condition of things was alarming. The shower drain at Palliser Lodge was clogged, and I stood in brownish-black water while showering. The tub floor was so slippery I had to put a towel down so I wouldn’t fall. There seems to be very little maintenance. I’d heard the elevator had stopped working, and no one seemed to know when it would be repaired.

Bed bugs in Room 106B. Don't go to this hotel. They seem to think an apology fixes the harm, and they have no empathy for customers. We were both bitten on 1 Nov. We left at 1:00 am, on my birthday. The hotel ignored three requests, though Expedia did resolve the issue. I’ve attached photos. Avoid. #Bedbugs Bellstar #Bedbugs Palliser Lodge. This was terrible and offensive. I felt so attacked by the hotel chain. To clarify, you did communicate with me, but it was always protocols and excuses. You now say you were doing a pest inspection, but I really don’t know, and I trust you less after your ill-intentioned comments that my photos don’t belong to your hotel or Room 106b. That was disrespectful, #HotelPalliserLondge. I documented each photo in every email I sent. Now, were they made by AI? Yes. So what’s the problem? Is using a bit of technology a crime? Do you assume I’m lying? This is a terrible hotel with terrible service. The room had bed bugs, which ruined my birthday, my night, and my peace of mind. When we arrived, nobody was at reception. A notice outside the sliding door told us to check in at another place 700-800 m away, and we hadn’t been told about that in advance. There was no one on the premises if we needed anything. The pool couldn’t be accessed, the elevator didn’t work, and the rooms were okay.
