Rondo Motel

I had to cancel another hotel and booked this one instead. I was arriving late, and they understood and checked me in over the phone, which I appreciated. The front desk woman was friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and nicer than expected, and parking was right beside it. The pet fee was reasonable, especially since other area hotels charge $40. I was only passing through, but I’d stay here again.

We’ve stayed at the rondo motel twice now, and both visits have been great. It’s easy to get around from here, with food and bars nearby, either on foot or a short drive away. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping replaced the towels every day. That was a thoughtful touch. I’d come back and recommend it if you want somewhere convenient, comfortable, and budget friendly.

It had what we needed and felt welcoming and beautiful. Like a hotel, but with the car close by and an easy walk for taking the dog out.

The view was lovely, and it was quiet. The rooms were clean, and the staff were great, especially the woman at the front desk, though I forgot to ask her name. For a short stay, it’s a good, cheap option compared with hotels. Just keep motel expectations in mind. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, and there wasn’t an iron or ironing board to borrow, even from the office. We still enjoyed our stay.
