The food was really good, and the staff were very friendly. But I think the place might be haunted, and I don’t even believe in ghosts. Last year I stayed in room 321 for a few days and had whispers in my ear, strange feverish visions, and a plain-as-day flesh-and-blood apparition of a fillapino woman in the bathroom. I’ve never had an existential crisis like that in my life, lol. Highly recommend!! :)

The banquet hall at Podollan Inn & Spa was spacious, elegant, and beautifully laid out for our Bar Call reception of about 120 guests. The food was warm, fresh, nicely presented, and delicious, and both the bar service and drinks were excellent. Diana Capati, the banquet coordinator, made planning stress-free and kept every detail in hand, even things I’d forgotten about drinks and setup. Harry Singh, the manager, went above and beyond, even checking on us during the reception to make sure things were running smoothly. Joy Lagmay, the front desk manager, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped us set up the projector and microphone and made sure they worked perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. The whole team took great care of me and made the Bar Call celebration unforgettable. I highly recommend Podollan Inn & Spa for a reception or special event. Thank you all!

I’m two days into a 12-day work stay. The bed is cozy, the rooms and lobby are comfortable, and the staff are great. Breakfast is complimentary, freshly prepared, and served at the table. Great coffee, too. There’s an outdoor smoking area near the parking lot, where I’ve been looking forward to meeting people and having a chat during the rest of my stay.

The front counter service was great, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was when I walked in. It was very quiet and comfortable. The hideaway bed was okay for sitting.

We stayed two nights and mostly just needed a place to sleep, but the visit was smooth and really good. The continental breakfast in the dine-in restaurant deserves a shout-out. It’s cozy and intimate, with a good choice of menu options. Well worth the stay.
