Rochelle was the standout. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, and made check-in quick and stress-free while making sure everything was handled. The Sandman Hotel Grande Prairie was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I'd definitely stay again because of Rochelle's excellent service, and I'd recommend this location to others.

Mariia went above and beyond after I lost my phone and had it shipped to the hotel. I didn't even have a room booked then, but she waited for the package and brought it to me at Dennys. Her help was so great that I switched to the Sandman for the rest of my trip. The staff and facilities are great, the location is close to everything you need in town, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The hot tub was great too. 10/10, highly recommend.

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and the location was close to restaurants. It was great to find a place that's pet- and kid-friendly, since that mattered to us. The hot tub water was the most disgusting water I've ever been in, and it smelled awful. When I asked to have it checked, they didn't understand and kept trying to check my room instead. I wanted to shower in bleach afterward. Nobody ever checked or cleaned the hot tub. It seemed like no one cared or understood the words hot tub, disgusting, or check the chemicals. I won't stay here again. I'm worried I'll end up in the hospital with an infection first. I'll be calling the AHS public safety board about this place.

The hotel itself was fantastic. My room and the common areas were clean, and the staff were friendly. I stayed for a week and only had two complaints: there were a lot of homeless people around, and the parking lot didn't feel safe. They provide earplugs for the train, but its horn blasts at all hours and the plugs don't do much.
