The location was perfect for exploring Guelph, and our one-bedroom Jacuzzi suite was bright, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with lots of windows. The bed was comfortable, too. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back on future visits.

I co-hosted a surprise birthday party for my brother-in-law at the Delta last week, and everything went off without a hitch. Nelia from the events team helped us in the lead-up, with friendly, quick, and very helpful replies. On the day, the Bar Mason team took great care of us. Kassidy helped with setup, was attentive and friendly, and made sure everything I hoped for was in place. Morgan was quick with drink orders and made sure nobody was left empty-handed. Dolores and Ariel were wonderful on the management side. Dolores even took a video of the surprise without being asked and sent it to me. The service was incredible all evening. Thank you all!

The hotel feels like a basic three-star place dressed up as a nine. The room was very basic, with no microwave, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. It’s way overpriced, especially when booked through Expedia, and they charge $16.95 to park in their lot. That’s just outdoor parking, not valet.

The upgraded King suite was clean, spacious, and just right. I’d have rated the hotel five stars if the scrambled eggs at breakfast hadn’t been so watery. I’d recommend staying here.

Vidhi made our stay much better. She greeted us with a friendly smile, stayed calm and patient during check-in, and gave us helpful information about the hotel, bar mason, and Guelph in general. I’d choose this hotel every time I come to Guelph.
