Shannon has been great whenever my wife and I needed help with anything. The new management took over last summer, and they’ve started things like Resident appreciation day with coffee and food. It’s a really sweet gesture. We like living here so much that we moved between units to stay in the building. AirBNB caused problems before I moved in, but that’s been resolved.

Shannon and the team made our move stress-free, and we’re really grateful. She pays close attention to what tenants need and goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. Dundurn Lofts is a great building and has been thriving under the new management.

The area is great, and the staff under the new owners have been great too. I’ve seen a big improvement since the management changed. Shannon is available whenever I need answers. The Air b n units used to be a problem, but they’ve been converted to permanent units and things have improved a lot. Highly recommend.

Shannon is an incredible property manager, and the units in this building look amazing. They’re very affordable, too. If I didn’t need to stay in Burlington, I’d be trying to get one of these lofts. Robert

Our stay was awful. The room AC didn’t work, there was no usable hair dryer, and the TV remote wouldn’t turn on the TV. We contacted the global support team. They said they’d reach out to the local team, but nothing got fixed. Support kept asking if we’d used the remote for the AC or tried setting it to 75 F. It felt like they thought we were stupid. After checkout, they charged us an extra CA$60 cleaning fee. The room wasn’t clean when we arrived, but they blamed us for damage to the wall. I’d give the apartment a negative rating if I could. Be careful, and don’t book through Agoda.
