I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the rest of my refund back. Bhima had ignored my calls and emails, and the card company confirmed that the "credit card processing fees" he cited weren’t a real reason to withhold 10% of my payment. I’d met the property’s criteria for a full refund after canceling, but Bhima kept part of the money. In all my years of booking places, I haven’t seen a proprietor act in a more unethical or unprofessional way. I suspect other guests may have lost money without realizing it. I wouldn’t do business here if you value your safety and sanity.

We drove into Harrison hoping to stay the night. After seeing the garbage outside, we chose a hotel instead of even asking about availability. Other hotel guests said the same thing about the trash. This place looks like a dump.

I loved having a fully equipped kitchen here, especially if you’re trying to save money. Bring a cooler with food. It was also lovely to have my morning coffee beside the Miami River. Everything I needed for a getaway.

The cottage is beautiful, and our Host has been so nice since we checked in. There’s a family of Geese right outside when we look out the window. So cool, and such a relaxing place.

I’ve never been here myself, but it looks like social media is piling onto this business. From what I can tell, the lady says she went into a staff-only area. I hope your business doesn’t suffer over some Karen.
