Owner Susmitha was especially friendly and helped us out with an emergency booking. The rooms are cozy, and there are fantastic marina views, strong wifi, a community kitchen, and breakfast included. It’s a wonderful place to stay in Prince Rupert, with easy access to the town’s highlights and activities.

I’ve stayed here regularly for work for years, through the management of Mary & Brian, then Blue, and now Susmitha. Every room has its own charm, and the staff have always been wonderful. Some people find sharing breakfast with strangers awkward, but I like meeting people, and I’ve met some interesting ones over the years. That shared experience is part of the appeal of a B&B. I’ve stayed at others where you share a dining area, library, or living room. For anonymity, a hotel is more that kind of experience. This is a charming home away from home, and I recommend it to anyone who asks. I’ll keep staying here for as long as I visit Prince Rupert.

Blue made me feel at home right away when I arrived in town in November 2022, while moving from Toronto to Prince Rupert. She was the first person I met, and her warmth, energy, love for Eagle Bluff, and knowledge of local history and wildlife made a lasting impression. My room had a breathtaking bay view and a cozy fireplace. Waking up to mountains, ocean, and wildlife just outside the window felt like a dream. Blue also made me a delicious, thoughtful vegetarian breakfast, sat with me for company, and pointed me to good local spots for the day. Two years later, I still remember that first night with a smile and how meeting the right person helped me fall in love with this beautiful town. I feel I’ve made a friend for life, and can’t imagine a better person to run a bed & breakfast. Thank you, Blue, for opening Eagle Bluff and your heart to me and making it feel warm, cozy, and like home. Wishing you all the best.

The breakfasts were so good, and the staff’s warmth made our stay memorable, even though the sun didn’t come out until the last evening. I loved how the owners decorated the place, and the view from the Lighthouse room was incredible. I had an amazing four-night visit while seeing family, and I’ll make a point of staying here again when I return. Thank you!

I used to love staying here. The view is amazing, the bed was good, and breakfast was pretty good, though minimal. It won’t work if you’re fishing and need an early start, since breakfast is at 7 and boats leave at 6. The new management is rigid and won’t accommodate guests. We planned to stay more than a week but left after three days because of the manager’s disrespectful behavior. The room is quite expensive, and they do the bare minimum, then argue when customer service comes up. I won’t stay here again.
