Days Inn High Level

There were bedbugs, and at 3 a.m. intoxicated people were fighting in the room next door. The woman at check-in was nice, but that doesn't make up for the rest. Wouldn't recommend.

The room was clean, with a big, awesome jacuzzi and a comfortable, roomy bed. The check-in staff member was really nice and professional, and Justine at checkout was too. There isn't an elevator, and the stairs are a bit awkward to go up and down, but it wasn't a big deal.

Anju gave me a genuinely warm welcome at the front office last night, and I appreciated her hospitality. The room was clean, though a bit too warm. The bathroom's disposable bottle was empty of body wash, but the linen was crisp and clean. Breakfast is complimentary and served at the BW hotel, so there's a trip to make, but it's worth it. Wyndham rewards members are recognized here. I'd stay again and recommend it 👌

I felt unsafe and disrespected during my multi-day work stay, and I will never return. I was told the female manager would call my room between 5 and 5:30 p.m. to discuss grocery vouchers for the fresh vegetables my fridge had frozen solid. Maintenance had been supposed to look at the fridge for two days. I worked late and got back at 6 p.m. to find two strange men in my bathroom. The manager had called while I was away, and when I didn't answer, she sent them to work on my shower, which had no problem when I left. I was afraid, then furious that my privacy in my room had been violated during personal hours. I had paid for that room for my own use. Neither man had my consent to be there, I wasn't told strangers would enter, and I never got an apology for coming home to two strange men in my room. There were plenty of other problems too. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. The toilet needed several flushes, and poo regularly floated back into the bowl. The fridge froze my produce, the kitchen ovens malfunctioned so hot continental breakfast wasn't always available, and the same tables stayed sticky for days. This place is a wastehole. Stay somewhere else.
