Benaaron Guest House

We were touring Algonquin park when another Bnb turned us away because we arrived late and had food requests. Elaine and Ron kindly welcomed us instead. Their house and property are beautiful, and we slept wonderfully. In the morning we had coffee and scones on the deck overlooking the countryside, then Elaine made a delicious breakfast with homemade bread. They even sent us off with treats. Such a lovely couple and perfect hosts. I can't wait to come back.

We only had a short stay at Benaaron guest house, but it was amazing. On our way home from a snowmobile trip, we called while in Bancroft, and Ron had a room available. He warned us Elaine wasn't there, so we wouldn't get the full guest house experience. If it gets better than what we got, we can't imagine how. Everything was impeccable. Ron offered to let us put the snowmobiles in the garage, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bathroom and an amazing shower. The lounge and fireplace were clean and beautiful. We've stayed at 5 star hotels in lots of places, but this place is out of this world gorgeous and comfortable, just like home. We'll be back on the snowmobiles and in summer for sure. Thank you, Ron, for your hospitality. Whitney and I can't wait to meet Elaine!

Those early morning scones, left just outside your room, are out of this world. Ron and Elaine are always welcoming and happy to accommodate anything. The amenities here beat any place we've stayed, including hotels and inns. Breakfast is the best we've had at a B&B, or even at a restaurant.

Elaine and Ron have thought of everything, and the rooms are luxuriously appointed. Every morning at 7:30 there was a freshly baked iced scone, followed by breakfast together with the other guests at 9:00. The location is idyllic, and the Benaaron Guest House was lovely from beginning to end. We'll definitely return.
