Cedars Motel

It was easy to unwind here after a long day because the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. My room was spotless and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The linens and amenities were all in perfect condition, with clear attention to detail. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-kept place to stay.

WestJet couldn't fly in the wind, so I ended up stranded in Terrace and at the Sandman until 7:30 tonight. Vickey at the front reception was absolutely wonderful and helped me get a late checkout. I’ve stayed at this Sandman in Terrace multiple times, love it here, and will definitely keep coming back.

We were charged for a night we didn't stay, and nobody had told us about that policy. I've been trying to reach the general manager for two days without a reply, and I'm pursuing a full refund. The nights we did stay, the hotel was absolutely filthy and decrepit. The lady at the front desk is constantly smoking by the front door and looked ill. A really, really, REALLY poor experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. They even brought cookies for our dog and offered us a leash when we misplaced ours. Maybe Terrace is just a really friendly town, I don’t know, but I’d come back :)
