When an airline lost my bag during a trip, the staff helped track it down and let me do laundry while I waited for my luggage to arrive. After a long workday, it was nice to soak in the hot tub. They’re helpful with any guest request, and there’s a variety of breakfast options in the lobby every day. This is my go-to hotel in Terrace. The rooms are always clean, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my stay safe and comfortable 🙂

The breakfast they provide is phenomenal, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredible. My husband especially looks forward to the hot tub. We’re regulars and only stay at the Comfort Inn, even though we drive a short way from another town because it’s worth it. I can never say enough good things about our visits. A special shout-out to Karen in the kitchen. She’s always cheerful and bright, and the best conversationalist. I always try to say good morning when she’s working.

The breakfast is delicious, and I love that coffee is available in the lobby 24 hours a day. Rooms are clean, comfy, and really spacious. I love staying here and definitely recommend this hotel!

There are lots of convenient places to eat nearby, and Canadian Tire is close too. The rooms were clean, and I really enjoyed the full breakfast in the mornings. The double-booking issue was annoying because they thought I had caused it, but it was on their end. It worked out in the end, and it wasn't the end of the world.

The breakfast is the best anywhere, with an incredible selection and everything super fresh. The staff's customer service is incredible too. We go a couple of times a year, and it’s consistently amazing!
