Ynnad made breakfast a real highlight, everything he cooked was fresh, tasty, and just right. We also found the room clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn and would happily recommend it. I'd love to come back.

We arrived to find renovations underway, but our room had already been beautifully updated. The whole team was lovely to deal with, from the front desk and housekeeping to the person looking after the complimentary breakfast. Everyone had great energy and gave us a really good first impression. We'll definitely stay here again when we're travelling.

Ynnad is always so friendly and helpful when breakfast starts in the morning, and the breakfast is great too. I've stayed at this location several times and have had a good experience each time. The staff are great, the rooms are comfortable, and the price is very reasonable.

Vanessa and Ynnad made us feel welcome and were accommodating when we had requests. The beds were especially cozy and soft. Our room was nice and spacious, though the washroom felt small beside it. There isn't a lift, so expect to use the stairs if your room is on the second floor.

Ynnad kept an eye on the breakfast warmer trays and made sure there was food for everyone. Vanessa at the front desk was professional and welcoming, and handled our room requests without a fuss. She also signed me up for IHG Rewards so I could start using the membership perks. I hadn't expected much from this older Holiday Inn, but its central location made it a good choice and the staff impressed us. We'll be back.
