Hope City Centre Motel

The renovated room was a highlight, especially the beautiful bathroom barn door and the huge TV, maybe 70 inches or even bigger. The TV is close enough to the door that we could have hit it if we hadn't noticed. Aside from that, it was an amazing stay, with friendly staff who helped with whatever we needed. The price was great, and the motel is right in the heart of Hope, BC. My wife and I stayed this past weekend, and we'll definitely return.

I left my phone at the motel, and the staff let me know right away and helped arrange for Purolator to pick it up. The service was great, and the rooms were clean and quiet. The location is great too. Can't say enough good things about this place. 10/10!

I came for a large family reunion that turned into a wedding, and the staff handled all the changing needs with a simple 'no problem.' They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, even offering a task light from home so I could do my makeup. The exterior might put you off, but the rooms and bathrooms were refinished and updated in the past year. Inside was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. If I'm back in Hope, I'll stay here.

The front desk staff helped me get my phone back after I lost it in a restaurant, and another motel guest helped too. We had our dog with us, and the staff showed us where to walk him, suggested places to eat, and made sure we knew how the TV, heater, and everything else in the room worked. The front desk lady even asked if we needed dog towels. We brought our own dog bed, and the thoughtful help really warmed my heart. We stayed last week and were so pleased with the service and how spotless the room was. It can be hard to find a decent motel in the area when travelling with a dog, so this was a wonderful surprise. I don't usually expect much from motels, but this went beyond what I expected. One of the nicest places I've stayed in Hope, and there are lots of good ones. This one tops my list. Thanks so much!
