Shawna was amazing during our spa treatment, and the modern spa cabin made for a top-notch, relaxing experience. We stayed two nights at Trillium resort and spa. The chalet was clean and nice, though it needs updating and much better lighting. It was hard to read on the couch. The kitchenette was usable, but we had the package and were glad not to rely on it. The coffee machine worked well for us since we drink coffee black. Getting to chalets 3-6 means a very steep climb and 6-8 stairs to the door. With my knee issues, that was quite challenging. The cabins would suit people who aren't fit or have mobility issues better. The hiking trails were fun, but you need to be in good shape to access them. Dinner was good. The beef ribs were amazing, but the chicken portion was tiny, just one bone-in thigh. The salmon was a good portion, though it didn't have much maple flavor. Breakfast had plenty of choices, but during our two days the food was best shortly after opening, otherwise it was lukewarm. We had a good time overall and enjoyed the hot tub, though the chemicals were so strong my silver ring turned black. We've used many hot tubs, including our own, and that's never happened before. The wood-fired sauna was fun, but we kept the fire going ourselves so we could enjoy it. I think you can ask them to start it, though I'm not sure anyone keeps it going when nobody is using it. It's a nice place for a relaxing stay and we'd come back.

We were married at Trillium Resort & Spa over Thanksgiving long weekend, and it was a perfect day. The venue, cabins, food service and breakfast buffet were all just right. Staff were incredibly helpful with questions from us and our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend and complimented how quiet and beautiful the resort is. We'd also stayed at Trillium Resort & Spa on another occasion and had much the same experience. Whether you're considering it for a wedding or a weekend away, we highly recommend a visit.

Another perfect weekend away in a rented cottage, this was our second time doing that. It was private and comfortable, and the customer service was top notch. We'd highly recommend the resort and are already looking forward to our next visit to Trillium.

We got married at Trillium Resort & Spa three weeks ago, and it was the best weekend ever. The team made sure our guests were happy and looked after the whole time. They helped the day run smoothly by working with our vendors and accommodating what guests needed. We and all our wedding guests have nothing but good things to say. Whenever we had a vision, they helped make it happen. We'll always remember and cherish that weekend. Photo Creds: @ShannonFordPhoto

Our wedding at Trillium Resort and Spa exceeded what we expected over the two days, and we can't wait to return for anniversaries. The service, food and accommodations worked perfectly for our family and event. A few fine details could have been planned better before and during the wedding, but overall it was beautiful. The staff were so sweet and accommodating.
