That fresh orange juice, fruit, and pancakes at breakfast were hard to beat. My husband and I stayed here a few years ago and loved how welcoming and easygoing the staff were. The decor was adorable, and the bed was really comfortable. We’ll definitely make our way back soon! :)

The apple breakfast was one of the best meals we’ve had, and it gave us a good start for our Chignecto hike. The owners were so warm and welcoming. It was a unique kind of stay for us, and even though my husband and I had separate beds, we slept well and had everything we needed. Thanks for having us!

The people were great, but the stay felt like poor value. The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was just a misty spray, and the old house needs maintenance. There were bats, too. I can’t see how the place gets such high ratings on booking websites, which makes me question how reliable their booking guidance is.
