The Jasper Downtown Hostel is right in the heart of town, with the shops and cafes all an easy walk away. I was impressed by the spotless facilities, modern fully equipped kitchen, and cozy common areas. There’s a good social atmosphere without too much noise, and it made a great base for exploring the park. Whether you stay in a dorm or a private room, I thought the value was excellent. Highly recommend it for budget travellers and hikers.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the location made it easy to walk around town or grab a drink at the Legion next door. My private room had two beds, and both it and the shared bathroom were impressively clean. I also really appreciated the sink in the bedroom, something I don’t often find in a hostel.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at this hostel. It’s comfy, quiet, feels safe, and has great staff and a big kitchen. I could easily stay in a hotel, but I love the vibe here too much.

Great location in a nice building, and the amenities are very clean. The staff are the best part, though. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and help however they can. Highly recommend.

Really central, very clean, and a cozy room with a good design, comfy beds, and a nice shower. There’s free parking a short distance away. I’ve never seen so many hangers in a hostel room. I could hang every single bit of clothing, socks included, on its own hook, and there were still some left. I think I counted more than 30. Loved it! :-P
