Alex and Brenda made this feel like far more than an ordinary hotel stay. They went above and beyond throughout, checking personally that we had enough water, and they were both such fun to talk to, with a great sense of humour. I’ve never had this kind of care at a hotel. After checking out, I thought I’d lost my AirPods because Find My still showed the lodge as their location. I got in touch and housekeeping promptly searched the room and kept a record of my report. I later found them under the passenger seat of my car. They’d powered off, so the app had only shown their last location. The staff stayed patient, kind, and professional the whole time. I appreciated how seriously they took my concern and how ready they were to help. It says a lot about their care for guests. Thanks again, I’m very grateful!

The staff have been wonderful, professional, kind, and quick to help. Steve was especially great. We came for a family vacation and this cute hotel was just what we needed. The indoor pool and oversized hot tub are perfect for colder weather. Definitely recommend it.

Waking up to the mountain view from our room was lovely, and the young woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The suite had just the right amount of space, and both the room and especially the bathroom and kitchen area were clean. There was plenty of parking. The pool is a decent size, with an outdoor hot tub, cubbies for belongings, and towels ready to use. I’d been skeptical after reading online reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. It’s outside the town centre, though we enjoyed the walk and it was quiet at night. We’ll stay here again next time.
