Our first dinner at Jordan House could easily have been disappointing, but the way the staff handled a small issue left a lasting impression. The employees were personable and friendly throughout. Our 16” Buffalo chicken pizza arrived slightly burnt, and they apologized and started making another without waiting for us to ask. We could eat what we wanted from the first pizza while they prepared it, and the replacement was just as delicious. That's customer service that goes beyond expectations. We'll definitely be back and tell friends and family. Thanks again, Jordan House!!!

The pumpkin cheesecake, made by the manager, was a real highlight: rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Service was very polite and professional. I had a wonderful meal and will definitely return. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and genuine hospitality.

The restaurant next door made this location perfect for us. The room was large and comfortable, with an excellent shower and fridge. The food was fantastic, especially the best mussels I've ever had, compliments to the chef. The peach cheescake was delicious too, and the wait staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

For three people, with one appetizer, three entrées, and drinks, the bill was $159. Given the food quality, that's just crazy. We haven't been to the JH in ages, and after yesterday's disappointing lunch, we won't be back. The burger was dried out and tasted like a prefab patty. The garlic parmesan wings were plain, dry, and had no flavor. The only things we enjoyed were the wine and beer.

Our Vespa Club stopped in for food and a couple of drinks, and we were thoroughly impressed. The service was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. Highly recommend this spot for a great experience.
