The check-in was simple, with clear instructions, and the unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was clean and had towels ready. I especially appreciated the nice shampoo and conditioners. It felt like great value for money, which is hard to find these days. We’d definitely recommend it and stay again.

We’d happily come back to this comfortable little studio in downtown Revelstoke. It’s well equipped, parking was a breeze, and the hot tub was fun. The only thing to keep in mind is that the walls don’t seem very insulated, so it can be noisy if you’re a light sleeper. It didn’t bother us, though.

The online check-in was quick and straightforward, and the suites are right in the centre of Revelstoke. There’s a fairly spacious kitchen for anyone who wants to cook, plus a couple of half-bathrooms and one full bathroom, which worked well for a large family. These apartment-style suites are a hidden gem.

The suites are modern, attractive, and extremely central, and our kitchenette was very well stocked. We also loved the Rocky Mountain soap. Although other reviews mention noise between suites, we didn’t hear any at night. We had a really positive few nights here with family and would recommend staying here in Revelstoke. A couple of things could be clearer or easier. The hot tubs were out of service for a few days, but this was communicated very clearly, which we appreciated. The virtual check-in was a bit complicated. The room pamphlets said a parking pass was needed, though we were told those pamphlets were out of date. The stairs to and inside the suite were a little challenging for our older parents. It might help to mention that in advance, unless we just missed the information.

I had a rough stay. The room was dirty when I checked in, especially the floors, which were covered in rocks and some kind of grime. I had to clean it myself because there’s no on-site staff, despite how expensive the place is. Parking was unavailable because many guests were taking more than one spot. The street and neighbours were so loud I could hear every word from the couple next door. The thermostat was locked, and there weren’t enough blankets to keep warm in winter, so I froze. The bathroom looked nothing like the photos. The sink was unbelievably small with no counter, and I hit my head on the mirror while brushing my teeth. Like a lot of places in Revelstoke, this felt like paying a premium for a poor experience. Avoid this overpriced dump.
