Trevor made this visit to the Coast Capri Hotel in Kelowna feel especially thoughtful. He was welcoming and pleasant, and kindly moved me to a king-size bed on the sixth floor, which made the stay more comfortable. I always like staying here, but this time stood out. I was also impressed by the downstairs restaurant. The two-piece fish and chips with homemade coleslaw was delicious, fresh, hot, and prepared just right. The waiter was pleasant too, and brought a plate and cutlery without me needing to ask. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. I keep leaving feeling well looked after, and it’s always a pleasure to stay. Highly recommend!

The central location was great and still felt safe and comfortable. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the price was affordable. The hotel looks a bit its age, but we were pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were and how good the room was. Thank you!

Chi, our room attendant, deserves special thanks. Her care, attention to detail, and work keeping the room comfortable and spotless really made a difference to our stay. The staff in every department were warm, approachable, and proactive. From beginning to end, service at the Coast Capri Hotel was friendly, professional, and attentive, making the whole experience welcoming. It’s a well-run hotel with a high standard of hospitality, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodations and excellent service.

It’s a bit dated, but clean and safe, with friendly staff. Excellent value. I’d recommend it for teams and families.

Being pet friendly matters a lot to us, and every staff member made our pup feel right at home. She loved it too. The room was perfect, the staff were excellent, and the hotel is right in the centre of town, close to everything. Highly recommended.
