Comfort Suites Kelowna

We were visiting family, so being a little outside the city suited us just fine. The price was great, but the place felt like a luxury hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious, and newly updated, and the staff were friendly and quick to answer questions. It even had a continental breakfast, which you don’t often find. Best budget hotel I’ve stayed at.

We were there for a hockey tournament and had a great stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the hotel was excellent. Hermalina, who looked after breakfast in the morning, was especially sweet and helpful. She found ingredients for eggs and sausages that worked for our gluten-free family member, so even with the dietary restrictions, there was food we could have.

Janice was awesome and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I’d forgotten a comb, and when I asked, she gave me what she called a “Whoops I forgot something care package.” The way she put it together, it was more like a “Whoops, I forgot everything package 😅” She’d make an awesome manager one day, someone please promote her already! 😁 Comfort Suites is now my favorite hotel in Kelowna. Guest service was excellent, and I love being able to charge my Tesla overnight. I noticed the lovely pool area but didn’t get to try it this time. I’ll be back to give it a go.

The staff were all amazing and on point. I only remember a few names, but thanks to Tushar, Avish, Detlef, Hemalina, Rosie, and everyone else. The rooms were beautiful, and everything was replenished constantly, including the pool towels. Great facilities and great staff. Breakfast was really well done. Hermalina handled it all on her own today, and it was still fully stocked.
