Days Inn Kelowna

I’ve stayed here twice. The first time was good, but this visit had what looked like a pube under the first pillow I picked up, and more foreign hairs folded into the bath towels. The bathroom has two outside walls and was freezing cold, and there was no conditioner in the dispenser. I won’t be back.

The location puts you close to everything you need, and there’s plenty of parking. You can always find something to eat or drink here. This was my second stay, and the helpful, friendly, respectful staff made me feel safe and comfortable. I’d give it about 4.5 stars.

The only thing that took a star off for me was having to turn right, east, onto Hwy 97 when leaving the parking lot. Otherwise, the location worked well, roughly halfway between downtown and the airport, and I’d stay here again on my next Kelowna trip. I was here for five nights on a business trip. My room was clean, parking was free, and the price felt reasonable for what you get. Jeeven and his team sorted out an issue with the wall plugs right away, and the front desk staff were consistently polite. Breakfast was basic, nothing special, but better and cleaner than at many similar hotels I’ve used. Recommended.

We came on a weekday, when breakfast was busy, but there was room to sit and the food bins stayed full. The breakfast itself was standard. Staff were warm and friendly, the pool was warm, and the hotel was very affordable. It was also on the wine tour pickup route, which was handy. Our accessible room had plenty of space, felt airy and clean, and was laid out well. Being able to enter from the parking area made getting in easier. We’d recommend it and stay again.
