We really appreciated the option of an affordable late checkout. The flexibility made the visit feel much more relaxed and convenient. Our room was comfortable, clean, and clearly well looked after, and the staff were kind, professional, and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay.

Rahul Jayan made a frustrating room problem one of the highlights of our trip. After check-in, a door lock battery died and maintenance had to drill through the door to get it open. I helped with the process, and it took long enough that it could easily have soured the trip. I was also the owner of the little puppy with us, so keeping the dog calm added stress. Rahul didn’t just check in and leave. He stayed throughout, kept everyone laughing, brought drinks from the pantry, and made sure we were comfortable. It was clear he wanted us to enjoy our vacation despite the hassle. Once the room was sorted, he personally checked that it was clean, organized, and ready, and helped move our rooms closer together. He stayed positive and professional, and treated us more like friends than guests. He truly went above and beyond.

A housekeeping staff member carefully went through the towels and found my phone, which I’d accidentally lost at the pool after it got mixed in with towels taken by housekeeping. Heimar from maintenance had started helping right away, even offering his own phone so I could try calling mine. When that didn’t work, he contacted housekeeping and coordinated the search. The staff worked together quickly, and their honesty and kindness made a stressful situation much easier. I appreciate how much they cared about helping me. Thanks to Heimar, the housekeeping team, and everyone at Delta.

The rooms were spotless and well cared for, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the start. We found the location convenient for getting to what we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. The customer service was exceptional.
