The separate living room was a great bonus for catching up on work, and the wifi was great. Breakfast was delicious and served at a time that worked for me. Mitsuki & Norm accommodated me at short notice, and my ground floor room was spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The B&B was well placed for my stay, just a short walk from downtown. I'd wholeheartedly recommend the Sunshine B&B. Annette (Australia)

There are several rooms to relax in and socialize, plus two sunny outdoor spaces, which was lovely. Mitsuko and Norm put a lot of effort into making the stay welcoming, and the place was clean and spacious. It's easy to walk downtown from this quiet neighborhood, though the nearby Highway 97 out back does make it noisy. A welcome alternative to a hotel when visiting downtown Kelowna. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was amazing, restaurant quality, and a different healthy option each day, with much more than I'd expect from a B&B. The owners were friendly, and from the warm welcome to the clean room, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom, everything felt very nice. The classy decor brought the place together. It's 100% my go-to place to stay in Kelowna.

When the highway was closed, we couldn't get there until 10am the next day. Mitsuko and Norm went above and beyond, cooking us an amazing breakfast, letting us shower, and inviting us to use their beautiful cedar hot tub. There were deer in the backyard too. Can't wait to come back.

Mitsuko and Norm were gracious, welcoming hosts, and breakfast was delicious with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfortable. It's a lovely, comfortable BnB in a quiet spot, within walking distance of downtown Kelowna and the lake.
