I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted. The place was filthy, and our stay was terrible. The dishes weren’t washed, there were toenails and garbage on the couch, hair on the bed, dirt, bugs, and fingerprints on the windows, and crumbs on the side tables. The floor hadn’t been swept or washed. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped as promised, and there was only one fork. We didn’t get enough towels or extra toilet paper. The paper towel holder was empty, there were no extra garbage bags, and the filthy BBQ didn’t even have a brush to clean it. They charge a cleaning fee, but you have to clean yourself. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and it completely wrecked the trip. When we raised the problems, they did nothing and didn’t apologize. I won’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your money.

The manager I dealt with was great, attentive, and offered to let us cancel. We had wedding activities all weekend, though, and couldn’t find anything else at such short notice. There was blood on the stairwell railing, down the hall, and on the door handle. The suite lock looked broken and didn’t feel safe. Inside, the “main” bedroom floor had duct tape, the shower curtain was disgusting, and the toilet was full of urine and toilet paper when we checked in. The beds were horrible, the blinds were broken, the TVs didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at first. We paid over $1000 for two nights, but it felt like a hostel. We had two young children with us, and my daughter got blood on her hand from holding the stair railing. I have pictures. The manager adjusted our bill and refunded $125 +tax per night.

This is about unit 2414. The grounds and pool were nice, and the beds themselves were comfortable. The location might be better or worse depending on what you’re there for. But I felt uncomfortable and dirty in the unit, so I checked out early and wouldn’t stay in this one again. It looked clean on the surface, but needs a deep clean. The carpet was old and stained, the couch was old with sunken cushions, and the towels were small and seemed cheap and old. The sheets weren’t great either. The decor felt like cheap, random old stuff with no pride of ownership. The shower curtain was old and stank.

The rooms were beautiful and well kept, and the front desk staff were super friendly. I arranged for 14 people from our company to stay here, and they were beyond satisfied. The first thing I heard was, “This place is too nice for us.” When I was looking for somewhere to stay, nothing else nearby seemed to compare. We won’t forget this trip.
