We paid $100, including both of our dogs, which was hard to beat. Our last two Calgary hotels charged $20 per pet, while this place charged $10 for both. Those Calgary stays cost $450 for two nights and weren't much better, apart from being a bit newer. The hotel here is older but well kept, with clean, roomy rooms. The service was the best I've ever had, even compared with our past road trips from Northern Alberta to far east in NFLD. The two men and one woman were so friendly and made my fiance, our two small dogs, and me feel at home right away. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm passing through. 10/10.

We couldn't bring ourselves to shower there and felt dirty after the stay. The bathroom floor hadn't been washed, and there was someone else's hair behind the door. The bedroom floor hadn't been vacuumed either, with someone else's sunglasses sitting in the dust between the bed and nightstand. The air conditioner didn't work. It looked about 20 years old, worn and battered, but we put up with it because we'd checked the room so late. Even the main entrance was worn. Breakfast was very basic, just white bread and cold cereal, with no bagels, pastries, or muffins. Half of the four-slice toaster was broken. On a scale of 1 to 10, our experience was minus 5. I won't stay at any Econo Lodge again. I gave it a 1 here because the form wouldn't let me give zero.

We got our money back and left, then found a clean hotel down the road for $75 a night. This place charged $103 a night, but there was dirt and food all over the floor by the bed, stains everywhere, dirty rooms, and lights that didn't work. Read reviews before booking.

The place wasn't clean, and despite advertising free breakfast online, there was no free breakfast. If I could give it no stars, I would. Don't waste your money.

The building is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. New management has really turned the place around. Great place.
