What upset me most was how management and the owner handled the damage after a patio door fell overnight and hit our vehicle. We reported it right away and gave them all the details, but neither acknowledged responsibility or followed up in any meaningful way. There was no resolution, accountability, or sign of concern for our safety or property. The accident itself was unforeseen, but a business's response matters. Their handling of it felt dismissive and unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointed with our stay, and I can't recommend this hotel. Guest safety and customer service should matter, and they didn't seem to here.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The front desk staff were really friendly, too. Had a very peaceful night's rest here. Recommend it.

I had to go to a coin laundry because I couldn't get my washing done here. The laundry room is only open 8-8, and those hours are strictly enforced. I work 8-8 on weekdays, so Saturday is my only chance. When I went at 6 pm, one machine was out of order and somebody's finished load was still in the other. The front desk kept telling me to wait 20 minutes. Mayur said he couldn't spend all day watching the laundry camera. I explained I needed to finish before 8 to follow the hotel's rules. The service was disappointing, and I won't come back. I believe I might have been treated better if my skin color were different. I'm glad my employer booked me at Microtel instead. It's a much better choice for $40 more per night.

The room had a musty smell that was masked with air freshener, and the whole place felt dated. Even the walk-out door was broken. I could hear people in the hallway and in the room next door. For $335, I expected better. The entrance and the hallway to the room looked nice, but the room was another story. I wouldn't book here again if I had the choice. I originally had a Super 8 reservation for the same date. After nearly nine hours of driving, I found out that because of the fire evacuation, they had no rooms. I wish I'd had another option. REVIEW UPDATE: I just saw the response from Ola, the GM at this Comfort Inn. Dismissive much? Your first line makes it sound like your problem is with Super 8. I wouldn't have bothered leaving a review if this place were as great as you believe it is. And questioning what I paid? You're just awful. The property is dated, the doors don't work, and the room has a musty smell, however you want to explain it. The words should have been “I am sorry,” but you seem to have an answer for everything. LMAO!

The room was fine, but the staff were rude. This is the worst hotel location in the city. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
