Fairway Inn & Suites

The room was filthy, with crayon marks all over the wall, knife marks on the door frame, phone numbers on the door, and dust and dead fruit flies on the only shelf. I had to vacuum it myself. The owner was rude during the room check and tried to blame things on us. She also kept half my deposit because the taxi was late. It cost more per night than a better hotel in cambridge. The owners are awful.

You get what you pay for: no phone, no coffee, and staff who weren’t courteous at all. Why take a $150 credit card deposit when the room was already paid in full with a valid card? I’ll never stay again. Stay clear of this place.

The owner, Jagtar Singh, was friendly and kind, and the staff were courteous and cooperative. Rooms were clean, the location is superb with Fairview Mall nearby, and the service came at a budget price.

I’ve stayed there twice, including a few days ago, and both times people came to my room without knocking and said things. I was trying to relax, and I found that disrespectful.
