The breakfasts were great, and the hosts even went out of their way to work around my special dietary needs. I'll be making several of Wilma's recipes again. We had a wonderful four days at Queen's Landing, a lovely Victorian house full of antiques. Our hosts were warm and gracious, gave us maps when we needed them, and recommended local restaurants and attractions.

I booked the Imperial Suite, which has a cute little office or reading room tucked away at the back. Brian and Wilma were lovely hosts, and staying with them was a pleasure. Wilma made me a delicious raspberry crepe and omelette for breakfast. I'll definitely check in with them next time I'm in Kitchener.

I was glad I chose to stay here. The family running this bed and breakfast were friendly and endearing, and I felt welcome whether I wanted to sit with them or spend time alone in my room. The husband and wife adjusted how they interacted to suit me. It was my first bed and breakfast, so I can't compare it with others. I found the amenities I expected, like Wi-Fi, ironing boards, and clean linens, plus a surprise: the keeper was willing to shuttle me to my daily destination.

The little touches made the house feel graceful. It's a pretty, inviting Victorian home with the amenities you need. I loved going downstairs around midnight with the small flashlight from the room, since most of the downstairs lights were off, then settling into an armchair with Wilma's freshly baked daily cookies and some tea, which was always available. I read some Stephen King short stories I'd bought in a nearby bookstore. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with the cats putting on their own show! Brian and Wilma were so welcoming and made a real effort to make the stay memorable. I was there for a week and loved my first B&B experience. The house is in the heritage district, surrounded by charming historic homes, and within walking distance of interesting downtown spots and good restaurants. Brian was happy to show us a map of them, along with sightseeing routes. I'd love to come back!

Brian, Wilma, and “the girls” (Lily & Missy) made the stay feel warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was a highlight. I hardly noticed it was winter because my room was kept at a perfect temperature. It was comfortable too, especially for getting work done. Queens Landing doesn't have shuttle bus service, but Brian can arrange a pickup and return if needed. The location was good as well.
