The Laundry Rooms Station Park Kitchener

This came together as a really last-minute plan and turned out better than I expected! The room was very fairly priced, spacious, and beautiful, with impeccable views and all the amenities you could want. The modern kitchen and washroom were fully stocked, and the washer and dryer were great. The hosts were gracious and super responsive. I'd highly recommend staying here, 100/100.

The room was fine and the location was good, but the place and its “management” were really bizarre. Nobody who works there seemed to know anything. Whatever the issue, everyone said it was someone else's problem. It took over an hour to get me into my room because nobody knew which one it was, and I had to stay on hold with some random phone number in the UNITED STATES. Now they won't send me a receipt for the stay, claiming someone else has to send it. Who? No idea. They don't know either. I have no idea what's going on there, but something isn't right. The room is fine, but the place is weird as hell.

Everything in the unit was spotless, and the TV and WiFi both worked perfectly. The instructions were simple to follow. It's in a great spot near the Google offices and downtown Kitchener. I'd recommend it and expect to come back.

The gym was the one thing I liked. The rest of the stay was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend it. The place is a maze, so tracking down your room feels like a game of “Where’s Waldo”. Parking in the blue spaces was often impossible because they were full. The front-facing staff spoke very poor English, and the bathroom needed cleaning. There was a ring of grime in our tub, which was my worst nightmare, especially since we had to stay two days. They clearly haven't heard of Zep Tub and Tile Cleaner. I hope I never have to stay at this “hotel” again.
