We had to head out early on our second day, and Micheline and Bernard kindly arranged breakfast earlier for us. We really appreciated that. They'd already spoiled us with breakfasts of more than five courses! Our room was charming and well insulated. The gîte is handy for a pharmacy, grocery store, and small shopping center, and the casino and restaurants are not far away. Micheline and Bernard are such friendly, welcoming hosts. Thank you both, and see you next time!

The homemade breakfast was a real highlight, and the hosts were warm, lovely people. After a good day of hiking, the spa was just right for unwinding. We had a wonderful night at Maison Dufour et Bouchard. Our room was spacious, cozy, and spotless, with very comfortable bedding and a lovely shower with jets. The hosts also recommended and booked our whale-watching trip to Les Escoumins. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

The owners were charming and so welcoming. They know the area well and gave us excellent advice. Breakfast was included, delicious, and elaborate, with nearly everything handmade. They deserve their 9.7 rating. We were greeted before we even knocked. Guests have a private entrance, and the rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious, the biggest I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was spacious too.

We were delighted with our stay, July 20-21, 2019. The hosts were warm, and breakfast was amazing. The room was beautiful, with its own bathroom, and we could use the kitchenette, backyard, and jacuzzi. A very pretty, spotless, welcoming place.
