The Harbour Inn

My room was huge, with a big, clean, comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was a nice touch, and you can tell they care about the place. It’s dated, and parts of the building and room aren’t up to modern hotel standards, but it has plenty of comfort and charm. It reminded me of the fixed-up Schitt's Creek Motel, with that same personal touch. I’d definitely stay again.

The hotel sits right by the lake, and watching the sunrise from the dock in the morning was breathtaking. I arrived in La Ronge later than expected, and with every restaurant in town closed, the staff kindly offered me a muffin to tide me over. The rooms are clean and cozy, though they need an update. Everyone was helpful and accommodating, and I’ll stay here whenever I’m in La Ronge.

The lake view is lovely, and the setting is great for fishing or relaxing. Parking felt safe, the accommodations were comfortable, and the prices were affordable. The housekeepers were polite and respectful, and the service was great.

The included breakfast had all we needed, and the little coffee maker in the room made a delicious cup. There’s also a fridge and microwave, plus float planes taking off and landing right outside the balcony. Best hotel view in town, by far.
