Entourage sur-le-Lac

We visited as a couple in winter, and there were lots of activities for kids in the hotel's playroom too. The room was clean and had plenty of useful amenities. On site, we enjoyed the free options like fat bikes, ice skating, the spa, sauna, and gym. Le Relais is five minutes away and Stoneham is about 20 minutes away. We'd love to return with the whole family. My only small concern is that they could use more EV charging stations.

We spent Christmas here and ended up hardly wanting to leave the hotel, even though all the main Quebec City attractions are within a 20-minute drive. There are so many enjoyable activities included at no extra charge that it feels like a great deal. It’s comfortable for families, romantic, and I think I’d enjoy it on a solo trip as well. Our spacious second-floor room had a gorgeous lake view. Everything was immaculate and well maintained, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back. If I could give it a hundred stars, I would.

We’ve stayed here a few times and keep coming back for the great amenities and activities. The rooms are nice and clean, though I wish there were more coffee or tea choices. They leave a couple of coffees in the room, but no tea, and once those are gone you have to go to the restaurant and spend eight dollars for another coffee or tea. We also had dinner there, with Sebastien as our server. He really knows his stuff, and his passion for food and drinks came through.

One of my favorite winter spots. The views are incredible and the service is phenomenal. Ask for Christina at the restaurant, she’s so sweet and knowledgeable, and makes the best drinks.
