The cabin was comfortable and clean, and the radiant floor heating was a real plus in the cooler weather. We didn't need socks or slippers. We stayed over spring break in a forest cabin, just a two-minute walk from the lake, with my wife and our two teenage boys, and really enjoyed it. The lake was a bit cold for swimming this time of year, though I can see the property being even better in summer. They provide chairs, a table tennis setup, badminton, and lots of canoes, kayaks, and other water gear.

When I called to book for a busy period, the host was dismissive and unhelpful, and basically laughed off our plan to share a room with our two infants. There would have been four adults and two babies. I'd previously stayed here in the off season with a girlfriend and hoped to return with my family, despite the cabin I rented being really dirty and clearly not cared for in a while. I had also recommended the place to friends because of its great location and charming feel for kids. This was such a negative customer experience that I'll find a new resort for our summer stays. If you're hoping to make quaint memories, this isn't it.

A lovely spot for a weekend away, with beautiful cabins surrounded by nature. I'd highly recommend it for a family or friends' retreat.

There was lots to do on site and out on the water, with a good play area and places to lounge by the beach and docks. The watercraft selection and safety were great. We stayed in a chalet that was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the chairs and beds were comfortable, and the views from every window were beautiful. The owners and staff were all friendly and helpful.

A great place for families. We had a lovely time, and the clean log cabin was very nice, with comfy beds, a TV, and wifi. There’s a lovely beach area with free water sports toys. Our deer friends came by every night, even Bambi with spots!
