Maple Ridge Cottages

Maple Ridge Cottages is still our favorite place to stay, and this was our fourth year back. The cabin is quiet and private, surrounded by nature, with a nice balance of comfort and adventure. We had fun with the outdoor games and enjoyed the peaceful views from the deck. It's always clean, well equipped and cozy, and feels like home. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. We're already planning another visit!

The owners, Bill and Ashley, were so kind and attentive, and we’d happily come back. My family and I rented two cabins for a week. Both were lovely, with good quality supplies and thoughtful touches for guests’ needs. It was peaceful and relaxing, with great fishing. As a non-smoker, I was relieved there was no smoking. I’d worried we might smell other people’s smoke all week, but we didn’t. Yay!

The hosts made us feel comfortable and welcome, and we’re planning to return. We spent four nights at this beautiful, peaceful spot overlooking the lake. The kids had a ball swimming and fishing, and there were plenty of non-motorized boats to use. The cabins are rustic but well maintained and stocked with everything you might need, plus a few thoughtful extras we haven’t found at other places.

We’re already counting down until we can come back. The grounds had lots of room for my little guy to play, and even outside the height of summer we enjoyed the lake and activities. I felt relaxed from arrival right through to leaving. The cottages were cozy, clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen, a good-sized bathroom and plenty of space. From the deck, the view of St Mary's Lake was unforgettable. We caught a spectacular sunrise and had coffee on the dock. The serene setting and beautiful island made for an incredible weekend away.
