Vincent, the chef, surprised us throughout the meal with creative, absolutely delicious dishes, from the appetizer and entree to the main meal and meli-melo of desserts. Vincent and Chris gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived for supper. It was a memorable evening, and we’re definitely going back, this time for a weekend getaway. Thank you both!

Chef Vincent was there to introduce us to the menu, and the food was delightful. We had a fantastic experience at the bistro. One of the best places to eat in the area.

The room’s TV was really old, like a first-generation flat screen, so we were stuck with boring cable and couldn’t use HDMI or USB. Otherwise, the place is amazing, the food is delicious, and the location is breathtaking.

We stayed for the two-night special, which came with a four-course dinner and buffet breakfast for two. The chef’s recommendations were outstanding: Duck with scallops, Smoked trout, Halibut, Tuna, and fresh fruit dessert. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with a kitchenette, fireplace, and deck overlooking peaceful countryside. The receptionist and wait staff were friendly and very helpful, and all bilingual. I’m sorry we didn’t have time to use the indoor pool and hot tub.

The booking process was poor, and the whole experience certainly wasn’t smooth or pleasant. We ended up cancelling the reservation and paying the fee. We also cancelled spa treatments, only to be told there were no treatment reservations for us. It’s unclear how that would have turned out if we’d actually made the trip.
