The evening front desk lady was so sweet, helpful, and personable, she was the best! We got upgraded to a kitchenette, and the room was spotless with a super comfy bed. Loved having Dove products in the bathroom, so I didn't have to worry about skin allergies. Our ground-floor room let us drive right up to the door, which was great. We were in town for the smoky lake great white pumpkin fair, and loved the little town too. I picked up a few things at the thrift store and the lady working there was so sweet. The coffee shop was fantastic. We ate at gondolas steak and pizza both nights, and the portions were huge, filling, and so, so good. Highly recommend. I'll review them too. Thanks again!

The breakfast choices were awful, just plastic-wrapped pastries and hard-boiled eggs. The fitness centre had only two cardio machines and no weights. I wouldn't stay here again, and it's put me off staying at other Days Inns too. Also, it took over an hour to boil three eggs in the room because the burner was so slow.

We were allowed to check in early at 2 pm, which was very gracious, and getting to the hotel just off the highway was easy. The place was tidy, and the rooms were clean, well maintained, and a very good size. The floors squeak a lot, so sneaking in or out isn't really an option. If you're tall, the low showerheads make washing your hair harder. Otherwise, no complaints about the room. This was my second visit, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Breakfast could use more choice. I know it's a small area and the hotel isn't super busy, but some bagels would have been nice, since there was only white bread and English muffins. I took the last fork, and it wasn't restocked while I sat and ate, so anyone after me went without. The first breakfast lady went for a smoke, then came right back without washing her hands and touched and adjusted the breakfast items. That felt a bit gross.

The rooms were freshly renovated and very clean, and the staff were kind. Breakfast was free and had some hot items, which was nice. We came because of the strong reviews and weren't let down. For a small-town hotel beside the highway, it was quite lovely. We'd book again.
