Residence & Conference Centre - Windsor

Ibiso at the front desk was so friendly and gave us great service during our birthday celebration. After a day at Adventure Bay Waterpark, she also helped us figure out the laundry process. Keep it up, Ibiso!

There was loads of usable space, and the place was clean and comfortable. It also worked perfectly for our trip. Such a good idea, and we'll definitely stay again!

The staff were great about giving our team a room where we could eat, and we really appreciated that. We booked for our softball team because it cost less than a hotel. The outdoor seating and barbecue, laundry facilities, and apparently a kitchen area were nice to have. We liked having a full-size fridge and microwave. Bring your own fire stick for Netflix. I would have liked bedroom lamps or at least night lights, and another bathroom shelf since there's almost no counter space. We bought a night light ourselves. The double beds weren't very comfortable, but for a stay of just a few nights, they were manageable. Kudos to the staff.

Tiffany was kind and easy to approach when I ran into problems with my room, and she got them fixed quickly and professionally. Her support made the whole thing stress-free. The building itself is comfortable and a good place for students to stay. It means a lot to know the staff care and make an effort to improve the residence. I've had a great experience at the Quittenton Residence at St. Clair.
