The place was just right for our whale watching trip, and we’re already hoping to come back. Lynda looked after my family and me so well. The house was spotless and clearly cared for, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Such a great stay.

We had everything we needed, including dishes, a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and a small fridge, plus coffee and tea. There was enough room to eat at the table, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was well set up with its own bathroom. The host was lovely and happy to help. I’d stay here again.

There wasn't much privacy because of how the room is laid out, and the cleanliness was only so-so, with hair in the shower. The bed was uncomfortable, and the mattress sat about 18" off the floor.

Lynda was welcoming and quick to respond. The old house has a lovely garden out back, though I didn't try eating there. You can hear the neighbors a little, which comes with staying in a bed and breakfast, but it was fine with considerate guests. My room was charming and nicely decorated, if a little small, and had useful things like a microwave and coffee and tea facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was good. It cost a bit more than average, but made a charming stop on my road trip and was perfect for taking a cruise nearby.
