The staff were incredibly friendly and upgraded me when the rooms I had booked were closed. They were welcoming and gave us lots of helpful suggestions for our stay. Our room was lovely, with comfortable beds and all the utilities in place. There are no TVs, but the river view is a one-second walk away at the observatory. The outdoor space felt cozy, with a fire pit and a swing on the hill's edge. There's also a shared kitchen and cafeteria, plus a mini grocery store about a four-minute walk away, so we didn't need to bring ingredients or spend a fortune on Uber Eats. Great location and rooms. My only hiccup was mostly my fault: I missed checkout and accidentally flashed the poor cleaning staff. IM SOO SORRYYYYYY

We had a King room overlooking the river, and it was really clean. The kitchen was good too, where we made dinner and breakfast. At night, the stars looked amazing under a clear sky.

The view is fantastic, and the room was clean. The shower and tub were great too, and it's a lovely little place. I rated service 4 because if you lock yourself out at 4am, there's no chance of anyone helping. Write your door code on your hand in ink, or take your phone if you step out front to enjoy the view.🤣

The view of the St-Laurent river was breathtaking, and the huge pool overlooking it felt one of a kind. I stayed in room 62 with the jacuzzi, which was so relaxing. Ali, Gab and David made this my best experience in Chalevoix so far. The welcome from the staff was wonderful, and the spot was perfect. I'll definitely return with my family. Wowwww!!!

We had a great stay with our young kids. The pool was lovely, and the view is beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen and dining spaces worked well for us. Self-check-in at night was easy too. We love this place.
