Delta Hotels by Marriott Thunder Bay

Isabella at the front desk was attentive to my status and handled issues efficiently. Whenever they recognize my status, I make a point of eating at the restaurant to show some support. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and efficient. The pantry was clean and well stocked, with a good range of snacks and well-kept fruit. I also loved the churros table. They restock the coffee cups so the lids fit again. The decor could use some work compared with other Deltas in Canada, but there's more than enough here to satisfy a late-night snack craving.

Everyone who looked after us did an amazing job, from the greeters and custodial staff to the bartenders and servers. We came for my birthday, and every little thing felt perfect. On our last night, Shub was our wonderful server. I'd highly recommend the bar and restaurant, and him as a server. Thank you, Delta and the whole team!

Liezel at the Front Desk noticed our babies and thoughtfully offered a playpen before I even asked. Housekeeping set it up promptly, and the January 26 night shift at the Front Desk helped us as well. Excellent service from the whole team, thanks for the hospitality.

My family and I had a lovely Christmas stay. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were to details, including the personalized note in Russian. I'd highly recommend this place if you're staying in Thunder Bay!
