Our sports club booked two team blocks through a sports travel agency, but the hotel released both blocks. We only found out nine days before our booking. The agency found us another hotel for that weekend, but it cost an additional $30/night and didn’t include breakfast. I’m left wondering how a business could cancel a block of 28 rooms without proper confirmation.

The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is close to places to eat, including fast food. It was $60 cheaper than other hotels offering a comparable product. We’ll be back.

We’ve stayed at a few hotels in Lethbridge and are currently in another one, but so far I like the comfort Inn best. There are a few things they could improve, though it’s good value if you’re visiting family. The breakfast is standard, and we always get the same room because we just can’t find a better one for our family. The pool isn’t fancy, but at least it’s a pool.

We chose the place for its outdoor pool, but didn’t realize it might be closed. I later learned it’s only open when the weather is nice. By the end of April, they still hadn’t cleaned it out at all. I think they should clearly say whether the pool is ready for the season.

We enjoyed our stay in June 2025. Cleanliness matters most to us, and our room was clean. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so-so, like at many hotels; maybe they could add bagels. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay with a great location.
