Until my last stay, I didn’t have much bad to say. I used to pay a $100 deposit. Then I disagreed with the desk lady about getting my deposit back. She said she was the GM and that I couldn’t possibly be right. I tried to show her my bank history, but she wouldn’t look. I went back today and she said they didn’t want my business anymore. Then she said I could apologize and pay a $500 deposit. She was 100% wrong in our dispute. Finally, out of frustration, I yelled “your wrong erin” and left. No cussing or crazy behavior. I dunno, I probably need the place more than they need me, but typical woman can’t admit when she’s wrong and she’s not my wife so I don’t have to tolerate her nonsense.

The rooms are small, the beds old and hard, and even with the heat turned all the way down, it was uncomfortably hot. We also had a safety concern and dealt with police while at the hotel. Our 2 yr old picked up the phone and apparently managed to call 911. Because of this, they asked us to leave. Even after the so-called manager called and I explained what happened, she didn’t care and was only concerned about alleged lost business. The next morning the front desk boy rudely told us to leave. If you care about your family’s safety and a comfortable stay, stay far away. Super 8 is a much better choice just 100 feet away.

The value is hard to beat, and being able to bring pets for free really puts this Motel 6 over the top. The rooms are pristine and the people are amazing, professional and truly kind. This is the only place I’ll stay when I’m in Lethbridge. It’s easily one of the best hotel experiences of my life. Thanks, guys!

Ahmed went above and beyond to help. Such a kind soul, and the staff are amazing. The room was spotless, the price fair, and they accommodate pets, which is a huge plus. I’d definitely stay again because of his service.

Ahmed made the stay special. He was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming at check-in and throughout my visit. Thanks for making my time in Lethbridge better. The motel itself was fine. The room smelled a little dank, and the air con was flashing that it needed a filter change and looked past its best. Still, it worked well, the smell wasn’t too bad, and the bed was comfortable. It did the job.
