Knights Inn Lethbridge

The staff were nice, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet and baseboards were dirty, there was a Qtip, sunflower seed, and paper clip on the carpet when we arrived, and we found a huge spider behind the bed. Other guests were arguing and crying. The heat was hard to regulate: we had to open the windows to cool down, while the man upstairs had no heat. I asked staff for a refund for the second night, but they wouldn’t give one.

It’s in a great spot and could be a great place to stay, but the owner needs to stop ignoring the drugs and theft going on. The amount of drugs moving from room to room is pathetic. They need to clean this up.

The room and mattress were comfortable, though dated. There was a small TV, an old shallow tub, and a door that was hard to open. The large recliner felt unnecessary and crowded the room when there was already a couch.

Awful service and a terrible place to stay. The sheets were dirty, and the bathroom had no towels except one dirty hand towel with what looked like poo and blood stains. There were also residents who looked unsavory wandering the parking lot. When I left, they charged me for towels they hadn’t provided and said I’d stolen them. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at any price, even if it’s cheap.
