We got more than we expected for a reasonable price. The room fit five comfortably and had a whirlpool bath, and there was an indoor pool as well. The complimentary breakfast was a nice extra. I’d definitely recommend it to families.

Florence at reception was so kind, and Kathy the big boss went out of her way to help get things sorted. I had to leave earlier than planned because a strong storm was on its way, which caused a problem with my booking. They were patient, helpful, and really understanding. Exceptional customer service.

I won’t be coming back. Breakfast was included, but it was cold and stale, with very few choices. I also couldn’t bring myself to use the hot tub because its dirty-looking color was so off-putting. The worst part was reporting what looked like a bed bug in the dresser, then being accused of smoking while we had our newborn with us. Neither of us smokes. They kept our $150 deposit, and I have no idea why. I felt racism was at play here, especially for people who aren’t from the area.

The staff’s warm, helpful hospitality made the stay enjoyable, and I’d be happy to return. They’re bilingual and very polite, always welcoming us with a smile. Breakfast was nice, and there’s a proper water dispenser, which I appreciated since some hotels expect you to drink from the bathroom tap. There are also two electric car charging stations. A gas station is out front with a convenience store at the station, and it’s not too far from the ferry deck to old québéc.
