Howard Johnson Inn London

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the parking lot had enough space for a hotel this size. Our room was fairly clean. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out in the evening, possibly because of where our room was, since I couldn't see a router in the nearby hallway ceiling. There was also a lingering smell even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast had a decent basic selection and wasn't the worst continental breakfast I've had. It felt a bit pricey for what you get, though compared with other Saturday night rates it was fairly reasonable.

Breakfast included a waffle maker, fresh fruit and the usual continental options. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with everything, and I'll stay again.

I booked this because it was the cheapest hotel I could find. The bed was really comfortable, which matters most to me, though the room was just okay and the bathroom felt odd with its sink out in the room. The free breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel, and they wouldn't let guests take it back to their rooms. I'm not a morning person and didn't want to sit around other guests. The woman at the front desk was super nice, though, and made arriving pleasant.

The service here made me so happy. Everyone was wonderful, from check-in to the cleaning staff, and they took care to keep my cat safe and make sure he couldn't get out of the room. My sister booked this for me, and I can't say how pleased I was. There's a guest laundry room and breakfast too. I've never had service like this, and it's the only place I've written a review for. Thank you for an amazing three nights. I hope to come back soon while I wait for my new apartment to be ready.
