The kitchen and two queen beds worked perfectly for our group of friends, and the price was very affordable for the quality we got. We stayed three nights, then added one more because we were enjoying it so much. The room was clean, the service was better than we expected, and I felt safe the whole time. Staff were friendly and easy to reach by phone, and whenever I needed something they sorted it out quickly. They really seemed to care about making us comfortable. I'd happily recommend Ramshorn Motel for a well-kept, comfortable stay on a budget.

Raman, the manager, really made my stay. She was professional, kind, and ready to help, and made me feel welcome and looked after. The room itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable, so it was a peaceful place to stay. I'd recommend Ramshorn Motel to anyone after a friendly, dependable motel in the area. Quiet location, quick Wi-Fi, and a comfortable, spotless room with everything I needed. The bed was especially cozy, so I slept really well. Staff were super friendly, and it was great value for the price. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.

The noise from the gym below was the last straw. On our final night, loud music blared from 8 p.m. to midnight, so we drove to Vernon and found another room. I called the front desk about whether they could access the gym, and the person I spoke with said they couldn't and didn't seem to care. I asked for a refund for that last night because the noise kept us awake. She said she couldn't issue one and that a manager would call the next day. We never heard from anyone. The rest of the stay was just as frustrating. Our room and linens were dirty, with crumbs on the floor, and there was no housekeeping. The sheet looked like it was for a twin bed, but they'd put it on a queen. There was no closet or luggage rack, and the dresser was so close to the bed that its drawers couldn't be reached. At check-in, we saw guest credit card details handwritten in a notebook, including ours and another guest's. They charged us for all three nights right then. Getting into the motel was difficult too: we called the two reception numbers four times with no answer, until another employee saw us waiting and called reception. Even making the reservation was a mess. I gave reception the dates for three nights, but she kept getting them wrong and wanted to charge my card before we arrived. From booking through checkout, this was a terrible experience.
