The catered meals arrived on time, were thoughtfully prepared for everyone’s dietary needs, and went over well with the group. The meeting rooms were clean and spacious, and each space, from the promenades to the boardroom, suited us well. We were also impressed by how professional, available, and communicative the staff were, even outside regular hours. They went above and beyond to keep things on track. The Holiday Inn & Suites Red Deer South looked after our group during a week-long sporting event, with lots of rooms, meals, and meeting space to coordinate. Management paid close attention from the beginning and stayed flexible as our bookings and on-site needs changed. Their care made the week run smoothly. Thanks to the whole team for the effort and hospitality. We look forward to coming back for our next Red Deer event.

Our Alberta Women in Public Safety (AWIPS) Annual General Meeting at the Holiday Inn in Red Deer went off without a hitch. The setup, staff, and service were all top-notch, and our group felt very welcome and well cared for. Tamara, the Events Coordinator, patiently guided me through each step of planning and made the details easy to handle. Her warmth and kindness made a real difference. Lindsay, the Manager, helped keep everything running smoothly on the day, and Andrew, the AV tech, was patient and made sure everything was up and running. We couldn’t have asked for a better event. Highly recommend the Holiday Inn Red Deer for meetings or events!

The Holiday Inn & Suites on Gasoline Alley always gives us a warm, family-like feeling, and we enjoy our time there. We’re an event tech and entertainment company that works with many venues, and our experiences here have consistently been great. The banquets team is organized, and the hospitality staff go out of their way to look after us, even though we aren’t the people they’re there to serve. They really make people feel like royalty.

The pool is great for families, with warm water, a very fast waterslide, and a depth of less than 4 feet. The room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable, though the suite could use proper utensils and more cups, plates, and bowls. The fridge didn’t seem to get very cold, and the old, corroded shower head needs replacing. I liked that the hotel supplies Dove in actual bottles instead of the tiny containers other places use. We got excellent service and a suite upgrade to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We’ll come again.
